See anyone that looks a bit familiar?? These MSHS graduates will be turning 83 sometime this year. And yes, I bet most of them can still sing the fight song with no hesitation. How about you?
My name is Beverly (Amburgey) Kendall. I spent twelve years of my youth in the Mt. Sterling public schools, graduating in 1970. My mom, Dorothy (Riessinger) Amburgey also graduated from MSHS (1945). But, no one else in my immediate family will have the honor of being a Trojan and wearing purple and gold. I have a vision of our alumni joining together puposefully to invest in the lives of Montgomery County youth. Currently, I am a local piano teacher and a pharmacy technician. My husband and I also are helping our youngest son to raise his two grade school children. I believe in what God wants to accomplish in and through our youth. There is currently a "fire" for God within a great number of the youth in our city. I want to keep it burning.
